Julie M. Size 18 to 8 in just 3 months!

Julie participated in Christine’s group fitness classes at the gym regularly each week. When Christine moved from NY to TX, Julie reached out needing help with her diet and workouts, and requested to join Christine’s 5 day Free Clean Eating Challenge Groups.

After completing 1 week, Julie decided to repeat it and join her next 5 day challenge. Stephanie lost over 30lbs!

Stephanie is an old high school friend! We reconnected on social media after 20 years and she wanted to change her life. She was tired of working in a restaurant, having low energy, low initiative, and out of shape. She used Shakeology and Turbo Fire/ 21 Day Fix to start making the changes shown here. Christine - Post 2nd C-section at the age of 36!

ME! I had my 2nd child via 2nd C-section when I was 36. I used ChaLEAN Extreme & Turbo Fire (Shakeology wasn’t created yet in 2008) My final picture was taken 1 year later. I nursed my daughter for 1 year and didn’t diet at all to lose the weight. Focused strongly on eating enough calories, clean healthy protein, Carbs, fats, etc and followed the workout calendar provided with each program.

John lost 50lbs in 60 days with INSANITY, Shakeology, & Recover Protein!

Christine’s Husband John! He admittedly let himself get careless with his eating and didn’t workout as hard anymore. Working as a Chief Information’s Officer & Vice President of a Non-Profit school, he frequently skipped working out. He additionally didn’t think you could get a “real” workout from home, especially by following a workout video. He frequently made commitments to get back to the gym each Monday, but ended up skipping his workouts.
He then switched gears and joined a very popular commercial weightloss company’s program. This included delivery of pre-packaged meals. He did lose 20lbs, but then quickly regained it back immediately after he no longer purchased the food delivery.

His weight had climbed to the highest it’s ever been at 214 lbs on his 6ft frame. He set a goal to lose weight before his daughter turned 1 years old in October 2009. He previously had tried to use P90X, but discovered he didn’t connect with that program. Coincidentally in late July 2009, Beachbody released a new athletic workout program by Shaun T called INSANITY. John decided to give this program a shot.

In only 1 month of using this program, he lost 25lbs, just in time for his daughter’s 1st birthday! His weight loss slowed down in the second month, so he finally added drinking Shakeology into his program. He then finished the 60 day program, drinking Shakeology and doing INSANITY with a final total weightloss of 50 lbs!

John continues to workout at home and no longer has a gym membership. He will follow some workouts such as Body Beast & INSANITY. He additionally uses Beachbody Performance supplement line of energize, recover, and sometimes hydrate. He additionally drinks Shakeology 5x a week.
