All Butts are Not the Same! So, why would you do the same workout as someone else then? 

Whether your butt is round, flat, wide, too big, or too small.... your workout can follow a base general workout program, "BUTT," ..... it's IMPORTANT for you to follow a training that includes SPECIFIC movements & exercises to develop your BUTT!

What Causes the Different Types of Butt Shapes?

Your skeletal structure determines the framework for your body (& booty) shape. Your overall BUTT Shape is determined by the amount of fat & muscle you have distrubuted on your lower half.

For your butt, the MAIN factor which creates the shape, is your pelvis and then by your fat distribution (which is mostly genetics). For most people, the GLUTES are generally underdeveloped! So look around you.... typically the shapes of butts you are seeing isn't because of their muscle.

Obviously Woman vs Men have very different butt shapes. We'll mainly focus on the different types of "female" booty shapes.

I NOW Know my Butt Shape, How do I "FIX IT"?

TOO FLAT or SQUARE The Problem: The Flat Booty lacks shape and volume. This butt needs some pow! Your straight shape extends from the waist to the thighs, with no curves in between.  

The Solution: Follow the VOLUMIZER Workout Calendar (provided inside the group) This will help you shape and tone all the butt muscles for “volumizing” results.


ROUND - O SHAPE The Problem: The Bulging Behind, while round and full, is too heavy and busts out in the wrong places. Usually flabby and dimply. This can also include a "bubble butt." 

The Solution: You already have the volume; you just want to slim down and get a better shape. The SLIM Workout Calendar (provided inside the group) will burn fat and tighten the shape of your butt. 


PEAR SHAPE or A SHAPE The Problem: You’re Curvy, which is a good thing, but a little too big below the hips and maybe out of proportion. Larger hips and possibly stubborn saddlebags that stick out to the side give you a wide-angle silhouette.

The Solution: Follow the LIFT Workout Calendar (provided inside the group) This will combine an optimal schedule of cardio and resistance toning work which will slim your bulges & shapes your glutes so your butt rounds out behind you, not to the sides.


INVERTED V SHAPE The Problem: Commonly seen in thinner women who may have lower estrogen levels, as lower estrogen levels can shift the fat storage from the butt to the midsection. This can result in an inverted shape where the base of the butt is less full than the top of the butt. It's also prone to being saggy and often seen in elderly women.

The Solution: Follow a combo Workout Calendar (provided inside the group) of VOLUMIZER & LIFT. This will combine an optimal schedule of resistance training with specific HIIT intervals. 


COMBINATION or HOURGLASS The Problem: Are you a combination of butt shapes? Very common, especially due to our lifestyle habits and as well as we age. You'll most want to focus on removing fat and developing shapely toned muscle to add “oomph” to your backside.

The Solution: You'll follow a CUSTOMIZED Workout Calendar (provided inside the group). You’ll work everything in balance with weight training, HIITS, & Cardio to create a bootylicious butt!
