WHAT IS 10 ROUNDS?

10 Rounds Workout is high-intensity boxing program aimed at helping you create a lean and mean body. With round after round of punching combination you’ll be on your way to crushing your cardio and burning calories like crazy.

Joel Freeman, the creator of 10 Rounds Workout, includes moves to build total-body strength and power from intense weight training.

For 6 weeks, you’ll workout 5 days a week. 10 Rounds includes 3 days of boxing and 2 days of weight lifting to give you that lean body.

Each workout is about 30 to 40 minutes. You can do it! It will be so worth it.
