• Do you find it hard to stick to a workout program?
  • Do you struggle knowing what “clean eating” really is?
  • Do you know how to structure your meals so that you can make an impact with your weightloss?
  • Do you lack the motivation to get started or stick to it because really, what real difference does it make?

I was traveling this week from Dallas to San Jose, and I got to thinking as I was walking behind people over and over again in our cattle call lines to board the planes or get through the airport.

People probably don’t know how it would feel to be healthier or fit.

I’m not being judgemental and I know there are many situations that lead people to carry more weight or have a decreased quality of movement. I’m not ignorant, but there is a level of how MUCH extra weight you may have on you.

As I patiently walked behind a lady who for the pure act of visual, slowly took a step, transferred the weight sluggishly to that leg, then took another step, and sluggishly transferred the weight to that leg, I just wondered if she knew how amazing health and being FIT would feel.

I’m not saying “fit” means lean, ripped, shredded etc.  There is a serious obesity problem, and as PC as you want to be, we need to wake people up and stop using excuses as their crutch as to why they can be so out of shape, deconditioned, and lethargic.

Working out surely can bring fluidity, flexibility, texture, and movement to our muscles and joints.  It generates more energy in our bodies.  But the pure fact is, our diets are the control of how healthy you can be.  You can have amazing workouts everyday, but if your diet is a mess, you won’t be able to “feel” the full effects.

“Hi, My name is Christine Dwyer, and I am a sugar and carb addict.”

I’m not kidding, cause I am. I FEEL the effects of these two items when I get a little too careless in my nutrition.  Right now, my body is inflamed, and I feel it.

Some people may have never “not” felt it. We adjust to what we have and are. How many of you can raise your hand when I ask: “Raise your hand if you have had a pain or resistance in movement, but you just pushed through it everyday cause that’s just how it is?”

Some people just don’t know any different in how their quality of movement, their daily aches and pains, or energy levels could be.

I want to challenge you!

Take a challenge and commitment to following a plan with accountability and guidance for success. Dedicate at least 21 days of following a program, as I GUARANTEE you will feel and see changes.

Reach out to someone who you trust and you know will slap your hands when you try to use an excuse as why you didn’t “X”.

I personally run 21 day challenge groups.  There are 2 options you can choose from:

1) 21 Days of Clean eating 6 meals a day (meal plan provided), working out, and daily commitment and log in accountability.

This program is to get you to focus on good habits and to learn exactly what it takes to make changes in your body. On average, those that do this one with me lose at least 11.6 lbs in 21 days.   Pictured here is a girl who lost 25 lbs with me in 2 months of doing this program, and she kept doing it herself for another 1.5 months and lost a total of 49 lbs! She submitted her success story and won $500 for it!

Julie lost 49 lbs in 3.5 months!

2) Ultimate Reset!- 21 Day detox/cleanse.  Follow meal plans and supplements for 21 days to get rid of inflammation, habits, addictions, lack of sleep, low energy and so much more!!!

Aren’t you curious?  Could you feel any better than you do now?  Can you look better?
