What stops you in your scrolling tracks?

– LEGS/ BUTT
– ABS
– ARMS/ SHOULDERS
– CHEST/ BACK

Super important to train your lower body 1-2 times per week because that’s where the largest muscles are. The more you can develop and train large muscles, the more calories you burn overall!

I have made the mistake as I got old in skipping lifting weights and just using the classes I taught (PiYo, Turbo, INSANITY) as my resistance training.
Not until 1.5 years ago when I stopped that and started weight training alongside with those workouts, did my body transform.
I get asked a bunch what supplements do I take…creatine? Nope. Weight training.
