Because if you think about it you can’t fix a problem.  I’ve been there.  I too personally struggle with my weight.  I know a lot of people see the videos and pictures that I put on  social media and think that I’ve never had that problem.  The truth is, I’ve had that problem my entire life.   My grandmother told me when I was four years old, I came up to her and i asked; “grandma, why am I so chubby?”

I battled trying to constantly fit in. I’m the youngest of four girls. My 3 sisters were always skinny and beautiful.  I was always trying to look just like them, because that got attention. Trying to lose weight had continued throughout my twenties and finally into my thirties. I lived by drinking Slim fast.  SO embarrassed that I was drinking it, I would hide it.  Was always working to lose weight for Spring Break or Summer Vacation.  I’d always gain it right back. I was trying to fix a problem but what I needed to do was fix my lifestyle.

I want you to think about what you envision for your life.  What would make you
happy?  What position would you want to be in to really be confident and happy?  Who do you want to hang around? Who are your friends and what activities do you all do?

I’ve finally moved away from trying every gimmick to lose weight, and really focused on the real issue of control bad habits and viewpoints with food. I use to be scared of food, and thought you can’t eat if you want to be thin. Now in my 40’s, it’s still a challenge, but I have to choose to make better food choices, have healthy portions, and to not overindulge too often.  As a fitness professional, I have had over 20 years training the body and know the in’s and out’s of achieving your goals with the right type of exercise. But you won’t ever see those changes, if you don’t have the other 2 pieces of the puzzle nailed.

Have a healthy diet plan, that works! Where you aren’t feeling restricted or “dieting.” But also, to have the right system for success. Accountability and having someone to help you, ask questions, and to learn from is really the difference in making the difference.

I created a system called the 21 Day Lean Out.  I line you up with a workout program that will get you great results and success. I also line you up with different meal plans that rotate so you can see a different perspective of variety and how to eat, so you aren’t eating the same things all the time, but to also allow your body to shed fat easily throughout 21 Days.  In the whole course,  I help you understand how to eat so that you are making the food work for you.  How to eat healthy but also how to fit in those moments where you still want to have the foods and drinks you still want. Living in restriction never lasts long term.

I want to  help you decrease the super cycle that you are constantly on having to lose weight.  Fixing the problem in getting a magic solution never works.  It’s about helping you understand what your lifestyle could be and want to have that lifestyle so bad that you are willing to make changes in your life. I will help train you on how to make those changes in your life.
